FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We come to you! Dog walking, Private Training, Overnight Care and Drop-in services take place at the clients home and around their neighborhood. 

With the exception of Playgroup & Group Training Classes, which are hosted at Mollie's Market indoor event space. Pre-registration is required to attend.

We are Calgary gals so we are used to the change in weather from one extreme to another and have no issues walking in all types of weather. With that said, Calgary weather can be extreme and we need to ensure the safety of our staff and your four-legged companion. We monitor the weather daily and will adjust as needed. Extreme heat or cold? We are still on our way, it just might not look like a walk but instead a potty break and some enrichment indoors for your appointment. 

It all depends on the needs of your family - we start with a meet and greet to figure out just that. We recommend walking one dog at a time to ensure each dog gets special one-on-one time with their handler but depending on your dog’s needs and their walking ability we may be able to accommodate a duo or trio. 

Of course, most of our walks are set up between 9AM and 3PM which accommodates most of our clients, however we understand not everyone has a typical day schedule. Need time outside of that, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate. For evening and weekend availability, additional charges will apply. 

We give our clients a window of when to expect us as every day is different – between which clients we have and their dogs needs, traffic, and weather all play a part in what time we arrive at your home. Feel free to message us regarding a specific time and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
